Minimum Fee & Hourly Rate
If your matter is not covered by the typical fees above, the minimum fee is £180 plus VAT.
Where the matter is more complex or time-consuming, the hourly rate is £300 plus VAT, plus any disbursements incurred.
This may include time spent on preliminary advice, drafting and preparation, making and receiving telephone calls, correspondence, arranging legalisation, and record-keeping.
Apostille & Legalisation
Where legalisation is required, we can arrange this on your behalf. An administration fee of £40 plus VAT applies, in addition to the relevant fees set by the FCDO or the Embassy/Consulate. Current FCDO fees can be seen on their website: FCDO legalisation fees.
For further information about legalisation, please see our Legalisation page.
